HKPS offers locate-and-serve solutions. Despite the limited availability of public databases in Hong Kong, we have a solid track record of successfully locating and serving hard-to-find individuals. Much will depend on the identifiers that you can initially provide. We have developed a comprehensive form that we will send to you on request.
Hague Convention services in China are known to be problematic. We have worked with international clients over the years to develop a method of delivering legal documents. The affidavit is sworn in English in Hong Kong. Our service of process in China is effective and is received positively by worldwide clients.
Comprehensive service reports are included in your HKPS fixed price quotation. They detail all service attempts if there has been more than one. They also contain relevant photographs taken during the serve as well as dates and time.
Internal EU Serves The Hague Convention has been replaced by the EU Service Regulation as regards service of judicial documents from one EU member state
The Hague service convention applies only to state-to-state, international services. Formal service can take up to one year. HKPS can arrange an informal serve in China within a short time-frame and get the affidavit sworn in English in Hong Kong.
