HKPS Hong Kong and Worldwide Networks
Since its inception, HKPS has undertaken Process Serves in all parts of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. We have a team of servers who have local knowledge of Hong Kong’s busiest residential and commercial areas; they are currently all ex-Hong Kong Police officers. On Hong Kong Island, many serves take place in Wanchai, Admiralty and Central, which is sometimes referred to as the Central Business District. In Kowloon, we have served in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yaumatei, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon Bay, Shek Kip Mei, Kwun Tong, and in the New Territories we have served in, Kwai Chung, Tuen Mun, Shatin, Yuen Long, Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O.
We have served divorce documents, family court documents, civil law suit papers, witness summonses, Statutory Demands, and subpoenas. Our customers have included individuals, lawyers, law firms, US Governmental and State agencies.
We have served urgent personal letters (not legal process papers) on behalf of overseas clients – from banks and law firms.
Our company offices are centrally located in Kowloon Bay; once a thriving industrial centre, Kowloon Bay and nearby Kwun Tong have the main offices for many of Hong Kong’s small to medium-sized businesses. Kowloon Bay is rapidly becoming an area of new office buildings as much of the old part is the subject of an urban renewal programme.
We also serve documents to many of Hong Kong’s 200+ outlying islands. The best known of these are Peng Chau (once an industrial centre in the 1960s and now a popular tourist destination with a heritage trail), Cheung Chau (famous for its fish restaurants and the Bun Festival), Lamma (the home of Hong Kong Electric’s main power station) and Lantau, the home of some of Hong Kong’s largest hills, and is adjacent to the remains of Chek Lap Kok Island, which is now the location of Hong Kong International Airport. Chek Lap Kok is the start point for a 5.7km cable car route to the top of Ngong Ping, the home of the Po Lin Monastery, on Lantau Island. Hong Kong’s famous ‘Big Buddha’ is located at the Monastery.
Over the years, we have successfully served a variety of documents in Hong Kong, China, Macau, Malaysia (both Penang and Kuala Lumpur), Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. We are in the process of establishing a partnership with a Taiwanese company in Kaohsiung City that will further expand our reach.
We work with an extensive network of investigators and agents, so we can serve documents worldwide. Long-term partners in the UK are based in Manchester and London. We have recently partnered with an Australian Security company with whom we conduct a range of services. If you need an Australian Process Server, let us know and we will put you in touch.
